Pengaruh Keseimbangan Kerja Hidup (Work Life Balance) dan Kelelahan (Burnout) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada Toko Indomaret Area Karang Tengah, Kota Tangerang)

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work-life balance and burnout on the performance of study employees at the Indomaret shop in the Karang Tengah sub-district, Kora Tangerang. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a sample size of 84 employees from a population of 84 employees. The application used is SPSS version 27. Data collection techniques use observation and questionnaires. The analysis method uses validity test methods, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the correlation coefficient value was obtained at 0.467, where the value was in the interval 0.400-0.599 with a medium level of relationship and a positive form of relationship. This means that the variables Work Life Balance (X1) and Burnout (X2) have a moderate level of relationship with Performance (Y). The R Square value = 0.218 can be concluded that Work-Life Balance (X1) and Burnout (X2) contribute to employee performance (Y) by 21.8% and the remaining 78.2% is influenced by other factors. From the output table above it can be explained that, the Fcount value is 11.288 > Ftable 3.12 or the probability of Sig 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho: p1.2≠0 is rejected and Ha: p1.2≠0 is accepted, meaning that the influence is joint. the same between Work-Life Balance (X1) and Burnout (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the Indomaret Store, Karang Tengah District.
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Burnout terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Studi pada Toko Indomaret Area Kecamatan Karang Tengah Kora Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 karyawan dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 84 karyawan. Aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu SPSS versi 27. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan metode uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh nilai kooefisien korelasi tersebut sebesar 0,467 dimana nilai tersebut berada pada interval 0,400-0,599 dengan tingkat hubungan sedang dan bentuk hubungan yang positif. Artinya variabel Work Life Balance (X1) dan Burnout (X2) meiliki tingkat hubungan sedang dengan Kinerja (Y). Nilai R Square = 0,218 dapat disimpulkan bahwa Work-Life Balance (X1) dan Burnout (X2) memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja Karyawana (Y) sebesar 21,8% dan sisanya 78,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari tabel output di atas dapat dijelaskan bahwa, nilai Fhitung 11,288 > Ftabel 3,12 atau probabilitas Sig 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho : p1,2≠0 di tolak dan Ha : p1,2≠0 di terima artinya pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Work-Life Balance (X1) dan Burnout (X2) terhadap kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada Toko Indomaret Kecamatan Karang Tengah.
